Total Property Services traces its roots back to 1996, when the company began as Sweepright, focused on providing dependable professional sweeping services. As our clients' properties grew and their needs expanded, they began looking to us for more than sweeping.
Over the years, we added services to better support the day-to-day needs of commercial properties and shopping centers. In 2011, that evolution led to the creation of Total Property Services — reflecting our growth from a specialized sweeping company into a broader commercial property maintenance provider.
